This past weekend I competed in my first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament. I won one match, and lost two others, all three by submission.

This summer my roommate (and academic sibling) Jasmin and I did a pretty long road trip. We followed this route: Phoenix, San Diego, Tijuana, Big Sur, Newman, San Jose, Reno, and back to Boulder. Below are some selected photos:

Today I got a few climbs in at Animal World in Boulder Canyon with Cousteau, followed by some BJJ with my rolling partner Charlie.
